• Prohibiting team members who were nominated for homecoming royalty from participating in a half time recognition  
• Punishing athletes by making them run "gassers" immediately after holding a team meeting where players were asked to vent their frustrations
• Failing to publish complete and accurate team statistics in the Rocky Mountain News and Denver Post
